History of cfb
cfb’s history is integral to the
history of private-not-for profit non-faith
based affiliated medical facilities in Zambia.
cfb’s origin dates back to the late
1970s when the Commercial Farmers Bureau
received its first patients at its location
on Cha Cha Cha Road. On September 16, 1980,
cfb opened with 18 patient as an out patient
facility only. We have now grown to 9 full
time General Practioners (GPs) doctors and 3 Specialists with an average 5,500 patients
seen every month. We
have also built on the clinic premises a
20 bed purpose built hospital.
cfb ranks among the best medical centres
in Zambia that are widely recognized for
providing excellence in care. Even with
our up-to-date technology and facilities,
we remain true to our mission of providing
superior personal healthcare in a safe,
compassionate environment.
